Chicken and Corn Casserole

Chicken and corn Casserole

Tired making adobo or fried chicken, I checked what's available in our pantry and found a can of corn kernel. 
Ingredients: whole chicken cut into serving size, diced red bell peppers, corn kernels, minced garlic, sliced onions, diced tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, tomato sauce, oil for sauteing
Procedure:  Saute onions and garlic, add in the chicken and brown a bit, put in the tomatoes and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper, pour in tomato sauce add in the corn, simmer for 15mins.
Serve with steamed rice.
