Hawaiian Spare Ribs

Ingredients:
1 kg pork ribs (about 4-6 slices)
salt for seasoning
1 can pineapple tidbits, juice set aside
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey

Procedure:
Sprinkle ribs with salt, then pot roast until tender.
Combine next four ingredients together and simmer in a saucepan until thick.
Dip the ribs in the sauce then pan grill.
Serve immediately with mashed potatoes or steamed rice.

Serves 4-6
