Stir Fried Squid

Ingredients:
1/2 kg squid
oil for frying
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped onions
soy sauce and crushed black pepper to taste

Procedure:
Pan fry squid.
Slice into rings.
Toss in tomatoes, and the rest of the ingredients.

Serve as appetizer or with rice.
Serves 2-4
